1. AGE RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Minimum Age Requirements
Our service is only for adults who meet these age requirements:
- United States: 18 years or older

18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan
19+ in BC, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon - Europe & UK: 18 years or older
No exceptions. Users under the applicable age ("Minors") cannot create accounts, access the service, or provide any information to us.
1.2 User Verification
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You meet the age requirement in your location
- All information you provide is accurate
- You will not allow minors to access your account
1.3 Vedic Astrology Services
- Birth charts and readings are only for users who meet our age requirements
- You cannot request compatibility readings involving minors
- You cannot share birth data of minors on our platform
2. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
2.1 Strictly Prohibited
We immediately terminate accounts and report to law enforcement for:
- Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Attempts to contact, groom, or exploit minors
- Sharing content that endangers children
- Using our service to arrange contact with minors
2.2 No Second Chances
Violations result in:
- Immediate permanent account termination
- Report to law enforcement
- Report to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (US), Cybertip.ca (Canada), or Internet Watch Foundation (EU/UK)
- Preservation of evidence for investigations
3. DETECTION & ENFORCEMENT
We protect minors through:
- Age verification at registration
- Automated content scanning
- Pattern detection for predatory behavior
- User reporting tools
- Regular account audits
If we suspect a violation, we immediately investigate, suspend the account, and take appropriate action.
4. REPORTING
4.1 How to Report
See something suspicious? Report immediately:
- Use the in-app reporting feature

We respond immediately to CSAM reports, within 24 hours for other concerns.
4.2 What We Report
We report to authorities:
- United States: NCMEC CyberTipline, FBI
- Canada: Cybertip.ca, RCMP
- Europe/UK: Internet Watch Foundation, Europol, national law enforcement
4.3 For Parents/Guardians
If you discover a minor created an account:
- Contact support@bisoumatch.com immediately
- Provide proof of guardianship
- We will delete the account and all data
5. EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS
All team members must:
- Complete annual child safety training
- Report violations immediately
- Follow strict protocols for handling reports
Violations by employees result in immediate termination.
6. TECHNICAL SAFEGUARDS
Our systems include:
- Age verification at multiple points
- Device fingerprinting to block repeat violators
- AI detection for prohibited content
- Hash-matching against CSAM databases
- Behavioral analysis for grooming patterns
7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
We comply with child protection laws in all jurisdictions we operate:

- State child protection and privacy laws
Canada:
- Criminal Code child exploitation provisions
